Problem with the Search for Companies in Thomson One Banker

When you use Thomson One Banker to create a list of companies (Search for Companies/Company Screening) and you use the magnifier glass option to select for example a country or an industry code, it’s possible you don’t see the buttons to add your selection to the search screen. This happens in newer versions of Internet Explorer, the interface of Thomson One Banker isn’t ready yet for these versions. The solution: This can be solved by opening ThomsonOne in the ‘compatibility view’: go to the menu bar, click Tools (ALT + X) and choose “Compatibility View Settings” and add “”. The screen will be adjusted and the Add, Clear and Cancel buttons are visible. Unfortunately sometimes, Thomson will go back to the startpage, so you might lose selections already made.
